On the 30th August 2012, our pony club posted a team at the Pony Club Showjumping at Burghley, during the annual 3 day event held there.

This is a big event in the Pony Club calendar and the showjumping course is very testing.

This year the team (who all have to be under 18) consisted of Amy Drummond (Honey), Jessica McIlwraith (Bruce), Jessica Quinlan (Zinzan Tiger) and Sam Stringer (Poetic Pride).

The team finished on a final score of just 4 faults and in previous years this score has given us a top 10 placing. Not to be this year, but a good effort none the less - and an event for our juniors to aspire to.

It was lovely to see the support that was present and forthcoming from some of our younger members and their parents. The team appreciated this very much.
